Tell Us What You Think!

Western Health is committed to providing quality care to patients and their families. Western Health is a Person- and Family-Centered Care organization, which means working together with patients, families, health care providers, staff, and volunteers to provide respectful, compassionate, quality, and safe care.

Experience Surveys ask about your recent experience with specific programs at Western Health. The results will be shared anonymously with health care providers and leadership to help guide improvements in care, enhance strategic decision making, meet clients’ expectations, document benchmarks, and manage and monitor health care performance.

Surveys are completed on a continuous cycle. Any surveys currently receiving feedback are linked above. We hope that you will take the time to complete a survey and share your experiences.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your participation in an Experience Survey is voluntary. Western Health makes every effort to maintain your privacy and confidentiality. Your individual responses to the surveys are anonymous. Survey reports will provide an overview of the combined responses for the program/area(s).

Need Additional Support?

Experience surveys provide an anonymous snapshot of the combined experience within the program/area. If you have feedback (concerns or compliments) requiring direct follow-up, please speak with our staff who provided your care or service; speak with their manager, or contact the Client Relations Office. Call the Confidential Client Feedback Line (Toll Free) at 1-833-784-6802 or email clientrelations@westernhealth.nl.ca.

Interested in becoming a Patient or Family Advisor?

Western Health is seeking volunteers to participate as Person- and Family-Centered Care (PFCC) Advisors. Being a PFCC Advisor is a way for patients and families to work in partnership with health professionals to shape policies and programs, and to improve the health care system and services.

If you are interested in this opportunity, please visit Western Health’s PFCC Webpage to learn more.

Thank you for helping to improve health care in the Western Region.
