       In Memoriam Donations

A Memorial allows for a donation, as an expression of sympathy for a deceased loved one. This considerate gesture may be made in lieu of flowers or gifts while the contribution helps to improve health care and services at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital.     An engraved plate with the name, date of birth and date of death of the loved one is displayed on the respectful "In Memoriam" Board in the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital.

"I Was Born Here" Fund

The Birth Fund encourages donors to contribute to the Foundation by celebrating the birth of their child or grandchild.   An engraved plate will commemorate the birth of your child: the plate includes the name of the child and date of birth and will be displayed on the decorative Birth Board in the hospital.

                  Guardian Angel Program

The Guardian Angel Program allows you the opportunity to pay tribute to a person who provides outstanding care and service. Your Guardian Angel will receive a letter of recognition and a beautiful Guardian Angel Pin that they can wear with pride.  Please visit the Foundation Office for additional details on how you can honour your Guardian Angel today!

     Special Occasion Cards

Some supporters have elected to celebrate their own special occasions by directing family and friends to honor the event with gifts to the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital Foundation.   Examples of such occasions are birthdays, graduations, promotions, weddings, anniversaries, birth of a child or if you would simply like to pay tribute to someone special.   The person being honored will be sent a tasteful card indicating that you have made a contribution in their honour (the amount of the gift is not stated), you will receive a tax deductible receipt and be notified that the card was sent on your behalf to the person being honoured.

                           Book of Honour

The Book of Honour is a tastefully decorated book that permits the Foundation to acknowledge all donors each fiscal year.   All donations, however big or small, make a significant difference in improving our health care services.   The Book of Honour is our way of saying "Thank You"  for your generosity.   The book  may be viewed in the main hallway (across from the Foundation Office)  of the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital.

                 Employee Payroll Deductions

Individuals or groups may contribute to the Foundation via payroll deductions that are tax deductible. We would gladly speak to those interested  in contributing to the Foundation via the payroll deduction plan.

Commemorative Merchandise

The Foundation is currently selling commemorative plates and mugs that feature the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital.   What better way to remember and celebrate the hospital that had served the residents of Bay St. George for 36 years than with these keepsakes.  Own a piece of history with these beautiful ceramic plates and mugs trimmed in 22K gold.   All proceeds raised will aid in the purchase of medical equipment for the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital.   Purchase your commemorative plate for $5 and/or the mug for $5 at the Foundation office.
Update:  The mugs are sold out, but the plates are still available for just $5 each!
