Computerized Tomography (CAT Scan)

CAT Scan uses X-rays and multi detectors to create a detailed cross sectional X-ray image on a computer.

• An appointment is required and will be made through your physician’s office.
• Your preparation instructions are available from your physician’s office or the Medical Imaging Scheduling Office.
• Your requisition will be forwarded to the Medical Imaging Scheduling office by your physician’s office prior to your examination. It is not necessary for you to bring a copy of the requisition for your appointment.
