Western Health Seeks Feedback: Community Health Assessment Survey Launched
Western Health is asking residents in the region to provide feedback through a new Community Health Assessment survey launching today. This survey is a part of an ongoing process to understand the health-related strengths and needs of communities in the Western region and to inform health service planning.
“We want to work with our communities to improve health care delivery and overall health in the Western region,” said Cindy Davis, CEO of Western Health. “Residents who live in this area have a unique perspective and know best about what is working well and what can be improved.” The information gathered through this survey combined with information received from focus groups and other sources will help determine Western Health’s priorities for 2020-2023.
The survey will be available on Western Health’s website from May 1 to June 30, 2019 at the following link: www.westernhealth.nl.ca/survey. Paper copies of the survey are also available by contacting your local community health office.
The results of the Community Health Assessment survey will be on Western Health’s website when they are available.
