Please be advised that visitation restrictions are in place once again at the Corner Brook Inter-faith Home in Corner Brook. A visitation ban is in place due to a number of residents at the Home with flu like symptoms.
Please be advised that visitation restrictions are in place once again at the Corner Brook Inter-faith Home in Corner Brook. A visitation ban is in place due to a number of residents at the Home with flu like symptoms.

Western Health would like to ask for the public’s cooperation during this temporary visitation ban.

Limited exceptions for visitation may be made on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact the nursing unit directly for instructions on how to proceed.  Children under 14 years of age should not visit the Home during this ban.

People who have any influenza like symptoms including cough, fever, runny nose, headache, are asked to refrain from visiting any of Western Health’s facilities. Individuals with any of these symptoms should rest at home, drink fluids, practice proper hand washing with water and soap, and if the symptoms persist contact their physician.

Western Health would like to thank the public for its cooperation in helping prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
