Community Health Needs and Resources Assessment

Western Health started a Community Health Needs and Resources Assessment (CHNRA) in January 2016. The results of this assessment will be used to identify health related issues and resources in our region and to help us plan our programs and services. The components of the CHNRA include a community health survey, focus groups, health status statistics, and community resource listings.
